Montgomery College Hosted a Day to Talk About Peace (VIDEO)

The Peace and Justice Studies Community of Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, hosted a conversation to celebrate the International Day of Peace- a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of nonviolent actions among all nations and all people. The event gave students the chance to ask questions and take notes about the significance of peace.

Randall Amster, author, activist, lawyer, and director of the Peace and Justice Program at Georgetown University, spoke to an audience of students, educators, and members of the community about the meaning of peace.
