Montgomery County Council President Craig Rice met with the media on Sept. 29 and shared some updates on a variety of issues, including the county’s procurement process, campaign financing, a federal grant for Montgomery College and more. He also fielded questions about the new Holy Cross Hospital, drones, the missing Hoggle kids, an Ebola exposed patient admitted to NIH, and he was asked us who he is cheering for in the baseball playoffs.
