Metro Rescue Honored (Video)
The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce hosted the public safety awards breakfast at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on Aug. 10. Dozens of police officers and firefighters were honored for their bravery and heroism.
In this video clip, Montgomery County Fire Chief Richard Bowers presents the Citation of Bravery to firefighters for rescuing a man pinned under a Metro train on March 4th.
