Meet the Artists of The Latino Art League of Greater Washington DC (VIDEO & PHOTOS)

Paintings, drawings and collages by members of The Latino Art League of Greater Washington DC are now on display at the Bohrer Park Activity Center in Gaithersburg. You can find out more about the artists from the photos, interviews and videos Roxana Rojas-Luzon posts for the League’s blog.

Rojas-Luzon is a collage artist whose work is included in the exhibition at Bohrer Park. The public first saw her work 14 years after she created her first collage inspired by loving memories of family and friends.

Rojas-Luzon’s favorite artists are Vincent van Gogh and Henri Matisse. The Latino Art League exhibition runs through October 16 in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
