“Looking Forward to This Law Change” (Video)

Officer Steve Deslauriers said he plans to get a lot of sleep tonight because he knows he will be busy with traffic enforcement tomorrow when new traffic laws take effect. As of Oct. 1, officers can pull you over if they see you with a handheld cell phone behind the wheel.  Deslauriers said his colleagues have been looking forward to the law change for a long time because they see distracted drivers all the time:
