Local Parks Host Return of ‘Movies in the Parks’

“Movies in the Parks” makes a comeback this summer.  Here’s the schedule:

• “Remember the Titans” – Jesup Blair Local Park, July 23, at 8 p.m. on the sports field behind the historic building
• “Coco” – South Germantown Recreational Park, Aug. 27, at 7:15 p.m. on the lawn next to the Adventure playground
• “Enchanted” – Fairland Recreational Park, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m. on the large field next to the playground

No need to register for the free movies. Look for the blue flags where the first 50 moviegoers to stop by the Montgomery Parks table will receive a free picnic blanket.

Check Montgomery Parks website for updates about food vendors and concessions for each event.
