‘Live Life Seamlessly’ at Comcast’s New Xfinity Store in the RIO Washingtonian Center

The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) joined Comcast today to celebrate the grand opening of its new Xfinity Store located at 31 Grand Corner Avenue, Suite 31, in the RIO Shopping Center in Gaithersburg, Md.

The Gaithersburg Xfinity Store is the 25^th one to open in the region, and the second store in Montgomery County, Md. The other Xfinity store is in Aspen Hill. Each store features areas highlighting products and services such as Xfinity Home, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Internet and Xfinity X1. There’s also a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers to talk with an expert about their technology needs.

At the store, you can experience live product demos and devices firsthand to help you find the one that’s right for you; “change the way you Wi-Fi”; conveniently view and pay your Comcast bill with “express pay”; manage your account; subscribe to additional services; purchase devices and accessories; or move or transfer service. The GGCC is active in providing business-to-business networking opportunities throughout the year: a collective voice in local, regional, and state legislative affairs, professional development opportunities and other services that enhance the business environment.

Additionally, I am responsible for planning networking, overseeing the budget and marketing of all events in order to make them successful. Lastly, I coordinate all marketing and communication efforts of the GGCC including weekly email blasts, its quarterly newsletter, all social media platforms, media relations and community outreach.
