Leggett Sends a Message to Donald Trump at the 2015 Hispanic Gala (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett shares open remarks during the Montgomery County Executive’s Hispanic Gala on Sept. 10 at The Fillmore in Silver Spring.

Seventy seven Maryland students were this year’s recipients of the 2015 Maryland Hispanic Achievement Scholarships. It was a night of celebration where students received a one-time $2,000 scholarship award.
