Katie Ledecky Takes a Swim with Glass of Chocolate Milk Atop Her Head

Keeping Up with Katie: The latest news and information about the Olympic champion swimmer and Montgomery County’s own Katie Ledecky.

A glass of chocolate milk made its way across a swimming pool atop Katie Ledecky’s head in her latest ad for “Got Milk?” No drops of chocolate milk were spilled along the way.

On Monday, the Montgomery County native and Olympian shared a video of herself balancing a glass of chocolate milk on her head, all while embarking on a smooth swim. Ledecky successfully made her way across the pool without spilling a single drop of the milk. “Possibly one of the best swims of my career!,” said Ledecky.

The impressive swim and video is part of the #gotmilkchallenge on TikTok and a new ad for the “Got Milk?” campaign, which has recently been revived across social media.

After reaching the end of the pool, Ledecky, of course, is seen enjoying a drink of milk.
