January is National Blood Donor Month

This January, the American Red Cross is celebrating National Blood Donor Month and local Red Cross representatives are hoping you will join them by rolling up your sleeves to give blood or platelets.

So, where can you donate?

On Jan. 4, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., the American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 15180 Frederick Road in Rockville.

You can schedule your blood donation appointment by calling 1.800.733.2767 or online at redcrossblood.org.

As a way to thank donors, Dunkin’ Donuts is partnering with the American Red Cross to offer a coupon for one free pound of coffee while supplies last during the month of January.
