Islamic Society of Germantown to Host Anti-Bullying Workshop on May 15

The Islamic Society of Germantown and Montgomery County’s Faith and Community Working Group (FCWG) will host a workshop to counter bullying in schools on Sunday, May 15.

Families are invited to attend the event, which is open to the public. During the workshop, parents will receive helpful tips on how to report and deal with bullying in schools.  Representatives from the Montgomery County Public School’s Office of Community Engagement and Partnerships (OCEP) and the County’s FCWG will be on hand to answer questions that parents may have.

The event is set to take place from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 19825 Blunt Road in Germantown. Those interested in attending must RSVP online for the event.
