Injured Teen’s Father Asks Germantown Hit and Run Driver to Come Forward (VIDEO)

A Germantown teen was struck by a vehicle on Oct. 6th while biking to school. Fernando Alvarez, the teen’s father, asks the driver in question to come forward in this MyMCMedia Extra.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this collision or who has information about this collision to please call the police non-emergency number at 301.279.8000.
