Indoor Playground Reopens at Ellsworth Place

The indoor playground at Ellsworth Place has reopened after being closed during the pandemic.

The children’s play area includes two primary house structures, four activity stations, tunnels, slides and benches for parents.

Located on the ground floor, the playground welcomes diminutive visitors Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 6 p.m.

The mall invested $300,000 in the play area to encourage more families to spend time there.

An enclosed shopping mall in downtown Silver Spring, Ellsworth Place features four levels of stores.
