House Fire on Leekes Lot Way in Kentlands (VIDEO)
In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer describes the scene at a two-alarm house fire at 113 Leekes Lot Way that occurred on May 14th in the Kentlands community of Gaithersburg. He said over 100 firefighters responded to the blaze and it took several hours to extinguish it.
According to Piringer, damage is estimated at $800,000. He said the five firefighters injured at the scene have been treated and released from a local hospital.
