Holy Cross Health and Montgomery County Recreation Hope to Expand Senior Fit Program (VIDEO)

Nearly 3,000 seniors take part in Senior Fit classes across the Washington D.C. metro area. The 45 minute exercise program aimed towards adults age 55 and older, is organized by Holy Cross Health in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, Montgomery County Recreation and more. Senior Fit classes take place in 23 locations across the County.
