Hogan Calls Gillespie A ‘Great Leader’
Ed Gillespie is getting a cross-the-Potomac political assist this weekend when Gov. Larry Hogan will headline a rally for the Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate.
Hogan, also a Republican, called Gillespie a “great leader” in the GOP, according to a report in the Washington Post.
Hogan has had his share of disagreements with the putative leader of the Republicans, President Donald Trump.
Virginia goes to the polls Nov. 7. Gillespie is in a tight battle with Virginia Lt. Gov. Ralph Northam, a Democrat.
