Hispanic Gala to Recognize Area Scholars (Video)

Fifty Latino students will be the recipients of the 2014 Maryland Hispanic Achievement Scholarship that will be presented at the County Executive’s Hispanic Gala on September 18th in Silver Spring. Lorna Virgili reports.
