Governor Orders Flags to Half Staff on Jan. 5
Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff on Monday, January 5.
This is in memory of Sergeant Major Wardell Turner, of Nanticoke, MD, who died on November, 24th, 2014, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
