Governor Hogan to Visit Gaithersburg, Potomac and Chevy Chase Today

UPDATED Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is visiting Montgomery County today, and his visit begins in the city of Gaithersburg.

That’s where Hogan will tour Novavax, Inc. Just last month, the biotech company announced plans to expand its operations in Montgomery County. It’s also been recognized as a top work place by The Washington Post.

Governor Hogan will then make a stop at Park Potomac where he is expected to make a transportation announcement. NBC 4 is reporting that announcement is about I-270.

After that, he is off to Chevy Chase to meet with GEICO employees.

The governor is expected to be joined by County Executive Ike Leggett and other local elected officials during his visit today.
