GO Committee Discusses OLO Report on Change Orders (PHOTO)

The Montgomery County Council’s Government Operations and Fiscal Policy committee met on Jan. 29 and one of the items on the agenda was a follow up to the Office of Legislative Oversight report on change orders in county construction projects.
