Police Find Missing Gaithersburg Woman (PHOTO)

QueenBetty1UPDATED Jan. 29- Montgomery County Police have located a Gaithersburg woman who has been missing since Jan. 9.

ORIGINAL POST Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Gaithersburg woman.

Police are concerned for the emotional and physical welfare of Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Jean Queen, age 69, of the hundred block of Orchard Drive in Gaithersburg. She was last seen on December 29th but was recently reported missing to police.

Elizabeth ‘Betty’ is described by police as a light skinned black female, 5’ 2” tall, and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes.

According to police, Queen has a medical condition that requires medication that she does not have with her. She is familiar with public transportation and frequents St. Martins Catholic Church in Gaithersburg and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rockville.

Anyone with any information regarding Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Queen’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police Department at 301.279.8000.
