1. Montgomery County police officers are investigating the discovery of human remains in a wooded area of Gaithersburg.

2. At a news conference today, Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and County Councilmembers are expected to address community concerns following reports of hate-based vandalism in Montgomery County.

3. Montgomery County Public Schools officials have released a statement about recent student-organized demonstrations.

4. Montgomery College is holding a Town Hall meeting at 11 a.m. today.

5. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled today for the new bus service to Tobytown. So far, ridership is exceeding expectations.
