1. Frost Advisory: Bundle up, a cold morning is on tap. The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory, effective until 9 a.m. today, for some areas of Montgomery County.
2. Trash Talk: Some Montgomery County residents are experiencing trash and recycling collection delays in their neighborhoods, and county officials say it is a contractor issue.
3. Green Schools: William Tyler Page Elementary School in Silver Spring and John Poole Middle School in Poolesville are 2017 U.S. Green Ribbon Schools Award winners.
