1. County Council meets starting at 11 a.m. Among the topics on the agenda is legislation that would provide tax credits to urban farms.

2. County Executive Ike Leggett seeks funding to increase security at Jewish community centers.

3. More than 80 people testified Monday on a Rockville ordinance to define the city police’s role in immigration enforcement.

4. Ride On is holding a public forum on expanding its services to Cabin Branch and Clarksburg at Rocky Hill Middle School in Clarksburg, starting at 6:30 p.m.

5. “The Little Woman Who Grew Up,” a presentation about the life of Louisa May Alcott, will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Twinbrook Library.
