4. Many are praising Pepco for limited power loss during the historic blizzard.
5. Some local gas stations are experiencing shortages following the winter storm.

- Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett announced that residents are required to begin sidewalk snow removal. Residents can begin reporting complaints to MC-311 10 a.m. today.
