3. Health and Human Services (HHS) employees at area health clinics are busy this month assisting residents navigate the healthcare marketplace. The deadline to buy or change plans is Jan. 31.

4.  Speaking of your health, Montgomery County’s Department of Recreation kicks off its 100-mile challenge tonight in Wheaton.
