2. The Montgomery County Board of Education will be holding a public hearing on the operating budget at 7 p.m. at Carver Education Services Center Auditorium.
3. Montgomery County Libraries partnered with MCPS to launch the Library Link program at Harmony Hills Elementary School in Silver Spring.
4. Author Joanne Bamberger will discuss her new book “Lover Her, Love Her Not: The Hilary Paradox” at Bethesda Library tonight at 7 p.m.
