Fire Rescue Vehicles Collide at Aspen Hill Road and Parkland Drive
An ambulance and a fire engine truck collided at the intersection of Aspen Hill and Parkland Drive as they both rushed to an emergency call before 4 p.m. on Oct. 16.
According to Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer, seven people in the fire rescue vehicles were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed while police investigated the collision.
