Elrich and Albornoz Read to Children to Celebrate Read Across America Day

County Executive Marc Elrich and Councilmember Gabe Albornoz visited the Wheaton Library and Community Recreation Center Monday to celebrate Read Across America Day. They read to young children to demonstrate the importance of encouraging literacy at a young age. Albornoz provided a Spanish translation of the books.
