    About that over-budget, way behind schedule “transit center:

    1) Who’s going to jail?
    2( Who’s getting fired?

    This could not have got so messed up without somebody (who should have been inspecting the work):
    (a) being incredibly incompetent, or
    (b) being bribed to look the other way while skullduggery was going on.

    So who’s going to jail or getting fired?
