County Executive Candidates Forum in Rockville

The Montgomery County Civic Federation, the Montgomery County Taxpayers League and the Parents’ Coalition of Montgomery County hosted a candidates forum for County Executive on April 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Rockville Memorial Library, 21 Maryland Avenue, Rockville. The two hour forum began at 7 p.m. after an informal meet and greet session.

WUSA*9’s journalist Andrea McCarren served as moderator. Questions were accepted in advance as well as from the floor.

All four candidates participated. Democrats: Democrats: Councilmember Phil Andrews, Former County Executive Doug Duncan, County Executive Ike Leggett, and Republican: Jim Shalleck.
