Alicia McLeod, of the League of Women Voters speaks in support of Question B while Diane Hibino, also of the League of Women Voters speaks against Question B. Then, a succinct statement of what voting “yes” or “no” will mean is presented.

Shall the Act to modify the scope of collective bargaining with police employees to permit the exercise of certain management rights without first bargaining the effects of those rights on police employees become law?
Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner also talked about the importance of Question B at his weekly press conference the day before the election.
