Consumer Protection Online Chat

Montgomery County’s Office of Consumer Protection (OCP) Director Eric Friedman will conduct a live, online chat on Thursday, January 10 from noon to 2 p.m.  This online discussion is part of the “Consumer Ed Café…Food for Thought” series of online chats.  This installment will focus on OCP’s Office of Common Ownership Communities, the division of OCP that handles disputes between residents and their condominium or homeowner associations.  Friedman will answer questions about condominium or homeowner associations.

Residents interested in participating in the online chat can enter questions prior to or during the live discussion through the County’s website by going to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/consumer and clicking on Live Discussion http://www6.montgomerycountymd.gov/apps/News/Discussion/pioDisc.asp?discID=7.  Questions and answers will be available for viewing both during and after the chat.
