Chef Jose Andres Helping to Feed Puerto Rico
Jose Andres, the celebrity chef who owns Jaleo in Bethesda and other D.C.-area restaurants, has been in Puerto Rico feeding thousands. His nonprofit, World Central Kitchen, has organized chefs into meal-making operations for the island.
