Cava Opens in Kentlands Today with Free Food

cavakentlandsBringing its modern Mediterranean flavors and fresh-casual concept to more Montgomery County residents, Cava Grill is scheduled to open its newest location at 213 Kentlands Boulevard today, Nov. 13.

The restaurant invites residents to celebrate its newest location with a Community Day tradition, where lunch and dinner (rice bowls, salads, pitas) are free, with an encouraged donation to local non-profit partners, MicroGreens and City Blossoms, both of which champion healthy eating in the Washington, D.C. community.

Kentlands’ Community Day is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner on Thursday.

Once inside Cava Grill, guests will note an expanded open-kitchen layout; local beer and wine on tap; rotating seasonal soups, juices, and teas made in-house daily; relationships with local partners like Whisked!, Gordy’s Pickle Jar, and RunningByrd Tea; and additional community initiatives that showcase Cava’s commitment to innovation, evolution, and attentiveness within fast-casual dining.

Cava’s new location in the Kentlands community will be open regular hours starting Friday, November 14.
