Cardin: ‘Healthcare Bill The House Passed is Tragic’ (VIDEO)
At a recent affordable housing forum in Bethesda, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md) spoke out against Thursday’s passing of the American Health Care Act in the House, calling it “tragic.”
The bill, which passed by a slim margin (217-213), is the GOP’s plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.
In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Cardin discusses how the bill, if passed in the Senate, could impact Marylanders:

In the rush to pass a bill –any bill– Republicans will make women, families fighting mental illness and seniors pay more for less #AHCA
