Car Set on Fire in Gaithersburg

A vehicle was set on fire in Gaithersburg Monday night, said Fire & Rescue Service spokesman Pete Piringer.

No one was injured in the fire, which was started just before 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Harmony Hall Road, Piringer said.

Damages amount to around $16,000. The Fire & Rescue Service is asking anyone with information to call the Arson Tip Line at 240-777-2263.
