Blair High School Student Charged with Distribution of a Dangerous Controlled Substance

montgomery county police for slider 855x380 v2A Montgomery County Police Department School Resource Officer has charged a Montgomery Blair High School student, William Keysar from Silver Spring, for distribution of a controlled dangerous substance on school property.

According to a news release, the resource officer was notified by a nurse on the morning of Nov. 25th that two students were suffering from elevated heart rate and other medical issues. The students were taken to a hospital for treatment and then later released.

An investigation revealed that Keysar brought brownies laced with possible marijuana to school and distributed them to the two victims.

Keysar was charged by a District Court Summons with two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of distribution of a controlled substance on school property.
