Berliner Reminds Metro Commuters to “Be Prepared” for Safe Track Delays on the Red Line (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Council Vice President Roger Berliner is reminding residents to be prepared for delays as Safe Track repairs begin on the Red Line in August. Berliner said commuting is going to be “a major inconvenience” on the system beginning Aug. 1.
