Berliner: “Clearly Pepco is Getting Better” (VIDEO)

Many residents were grateful their power did not go out during the Blizzard of 2016. Montgomery County Council Vice President Roger Berliner, who has championed legislation to make the utility improve, said Pepco’s performance is getting better and residents are pleased.
