Authxperts Named Small Business of the Year (Photo)

The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber (GGCC) awarded Kanam Malhotra, CEO of Authxperts, LLC, as the recipient of the 6th Annual Small Business of the Year Award on December 6 as a part of its Annual Celebration Dinner & Awards Ceremony. The award was presented by the previous year’s winner Bruce Kanner, owner of Cartridge on Wheels.

The Small Business of the Year Award recognizes small businesses, which are a vital part of our economy and community. The award is presented to the small business that demonstrates success, community involvement and excellent customer relations.

Authxperts LLC is a husband & wife team who started their business March of 2010 and since then has expanded their business to multiple countries. Authxperts LLC provides Apostille & Embassy legalization services.

The team of Kanam Malhotra and Vishal Soni believe their educational background and years of experience working in different fields has helped them understand the needs of exporters, law firms, pharmaceutical companies, device manufacturers and financial companies to have their documents authenticated from various countries. They currently represent pharmaceutical sector companies to include Becton Dickinson, Ikaria, Qiagen and represent companies in India, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Some of their major clients include Accenture, Citibank and DLA Piper.

Authxperts LLC is currently expanding their business in Dubai, with the intent that this venture will strengthen their position in the industry.

So what’s the key to their success?

“I think we have been successful in understanding the needs of our clients, delivering them quality service repeatedly and have earned great reputation in the industry in a short span of time. We hear great testimonials from our clients when we meet their deadlines. We will be closing this year with more than $1 million in revenues and next year with opening of our Dubai office, which will be another landmark in our success story,” they said.
