MS Awareness Week (Photos)
On March 12, the Montgomery County Council hearing room was glowing in bright orange, the color of the organized efforts to overcome Multiple Sclerosis, as the Council declared National Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week. During the ceremonies, former Maryland State Senator Frank Shore presented an orange tie and an orange tote bag to Councilmember Roger Berliner, who spoke of his personal temporary struggle with MS symptoms several years ago.
