County Summer Camps

Montgomery County Recreation and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission  Montgomery Parks  announce a diverse line-up of summer camps and programs for 2013.  Hundreds of affordably priced offerings, including aquatics, ice skating, tennis, theatre, overnight nature camps, robotics and golf, are featured among many other options.

Camps and summer programs are available for tots to teens and all skill levels at hundreds of locations around the County.  Registration for Recreation Department camps and programs opens on January 22.  Montgomery Parks began accepting registrations on January 9.

The new 2013 Summer Camp Guide, available at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/rec or www.montgomeryparks.org/guide, includes details on all offerings.  Printed copies are available at Montgomery County Recreation facilities, public libraries and certain Montgomery Parks facilities.

Recreation and Parks staff will be on hand to answer questions and distribute information at the upcoming 18^th Annual Camp and Summer Program Expo at White Flint Mall in North Bethesda on Saturday, January 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, January 27 from noon to 5 p.m.  Montgomery County Recreation will also be at the Lakeforest Mall Summer Expo on Saturday and Sunday, March 2 and 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
