‘Passion For Learning’ Executive Director Breaks Down School Board Races 

Three Board of Education races are on the ballot in Montgomery County.

MyMCMedia spoke with Cynthia Rubenstein, Executive Director at Passion For Learning, about the candidates and the biggest educational issues.

Passion For Learning is an educational organization in Silver Spring that aims to support the academic development of economically-disadvantaged youth.
