2. Speaking Volumes: The White Oak Library has its grand opening today at 10 a.m. Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett, Council Vice President Nancy Navarro and other county leaders will be at the library, at 11701 New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring.
3. Show Me the Money: The County Council gets a legislative briefing at 12:30 p.m. One of the top topics is state funding for county projects, according to the analyst’s report found here.
4. Municipal Monday: Gaithersburg’s Mayor and Council meet at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda is the formal application for an enterprise zone program, which would provide property, income and job creation tax credits.
