1. Hoggle Case: It’s been almost three years since siblings Sarah (6) and Jacob (5) Hoggle disappeared from their Clarksburg home in Sept. of 2014. Their mother, Catherine Hoggle, is the last known person to have seen them, and she is is charged with misdemeanors in their disappearance. Hoggle is expected to appear in a Rockville courtroom today.
2. Clarksburg Improvements: Local leaders are gathering in Clarksburg to cut the ribbon on $8 million in improvements along Stringtown Road.
3. Assignment Education: The Montgomery County Board of Education meets today, and one of the items on the agenda is a raise for the superintendent. Today, is also student orientation day for middle and high school students.

5. Ceremony of Remembrance: The second annual Ceremony of Remembrance, which is part of International Overdose Awareness Day, takes place today at 7 p.m. at Justice Plaza in Rockville.
