1. Coffee With A Cop: Montgomery County Police Department’s Sixth District will host ‘Coffee with a Cop’ from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Rothbury Drive McDonalds in Gaithersburg.

2. Learn About the Solar Eclipse at Gaithersburg Community Museum: Learn about the Aug. 21 eclipse and do related science experiments from 10:30 a.m. to noon during the museum’s inquiring minds program.
3. Backpacks and Brownies: The National Center for Children and Families (NCCF) will host a community backpack stuffing event at its Bethesda location.
4. Movies in the Park: City of Rockville will be screening “The Sandlot” at the Woodley Gardens Park. The film will begin approximately at 8 p.m.
5. Monster Truck Night: It’s Monster Truck Night at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair and visitors can expect big jumps from the trucks and more.
