Here are five things to know today, June 6, in Montgomery County:

1. Swim Center work: For the next seven to 10 days, portions of the Olney Indoor Swim Center could be closed as the site undergoes significant roof repairs. Most work will be done from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. For more information, call the center at 240-777-4995 or visit here.

2. Play ball: Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League is underway. The season opens tonight in Rockville, Thursday in Bethesda and Friday in Silver Spring on Friday. It opened Monday in Gaithersburg. For more information, visit the Cal Ripken League website.

3. Class of 2017: Graduations continue with Walter Johnson High School at 9 a.m. at the Xfinity Center at the University of Maryland, for Springbrook High School at 10 a.m. at DAR Constitution Hall, for Montgomery Blair High School at 1:30 p.m. at the Xfinity Center, and for Northwest High School at 2:30 p.m. at DAR Constitution Hall.
