Montgomery County police officers are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Rockville area man.
According to police, 62-year-old Philip Richard Horner, who resides at the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter at 600 East Gude Drive, was reported missing by shelter staff.
Horner is described by police as a white male, 5’ 9” tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. He is balding with brown and gray hair and has brown eyes. Police said Horner is known to frequent the Rockville Town Center area.
According to police, Horner does not have his prescribed medication with him and family members are concerned for his emotional and physical well-being.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Horner is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301.279.8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
