UPDATED, 9:30 a.m. Feb. 16: Montgomery County police say the body of Matthew Barry was discovered Tuesday at 10644 Weymouth St., Bethesda. In a statement, police said there was no indication of foul play. An autopsy will be performed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause and manner of death, police said.
ORIGINAL POST: Montgomery County police officers are asking for your help in locating a missing North Bethesda man.
According to police, 23- year-old Matthew Barry was last seen on Feb. 3 leaving his Montrose Avenue home in the North Bethesda area, driving a silver, 2009 Honda Accord with Maryland license plate number 7CR5708.
Barry is described by police as 6’1″ tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has light brown hair and wears glasses. Police said he was last seen wearing a button-down shirt, blue jeans, and a gray hat with a Maryland crab logo on it.
Police and family are concerned for Barry’s welfare, according to a news release.
